Summary:
Objective: To study the self-emulsifying preparation of evening primrose oil and explore the best prescription ratio. Methods: Through solubility experiment, orthogonal screening and three-phase diagram drawing, the emulsification degree of emulsion formation, the volume of unemulsified oil and the size of the obtained milk drop particle size were used as indicators to screen the dosage ratio of drugs, non-ionic surfactants and latent solvents in evening primrose oil prescription to find the best matching and prescription ratio. Results: In the prescription of self-emulsifying preparation of evening primrose oil, good emulsifying effect can be obtained when Tween -85 is used as nonionic surfactant and propylene glycol is used as latent solvent. Conclusion: The best prescription ratio for self-emulsification of evening primrose oil is evening primrose oil: Tween-85: propylene glycol -5:7:3.

Summary:
In alloxan-induced diabetic rat model, the effects of evening primrose oil and doenkang on insulin resistance in diabetic rats were observed. The results showed that diabetic rats had severe insulin resistance, which was significantly different from the normal control group (P0.01). The insulin resistance of the two treatment groups was significantly improved, which was significantly different from that of the untreated group (all P0.01).

Summary:
a kind of evening primrose oil wet wipes, belonging to the technical field of daily necessities. The evening primrose oil wet wipes of the present invention comprises: a biodegradable substrate and evening primrose oil liquid. Among them, the biodegradable substrate is woven from cellulose fiber with a weight content of 68% and chitin fiber with a weight content of 32%. Evening primrose oil liquid medicine consists of the following components by weight: 0.050.15 parts of evening primrose essential oil, 0.010.2 parts of citrus essential oil, 0.51.5 parts of lauryl sarcosine isopropyl ester, 0.30.5 parts of cetearyl sodium sulfate, 0.53.5 parts of glycerin and 100 parts. The evening primrose oil wet wipes of the present invention can clean, moisturize, disinfect and sterilize the skin; the base material of the present invention adopts biodegradable antibacterial wet wipes, which not only effectively solves the antibacterial problem of wet wipes, but also relieves the pressure brought to the environment by wet wipes that are not easy to degrade.
